To prevent this kind of claim from arising, every customer is encouraged to thoroughly review the product page that promotes each product before making a purchase which may include free classes, reviews, and a description of the product being offered.
The Done With Depersonalization Recovery program is strictly an online program and does not come with a physical product. Refunds are not issued for this misunderstanding.
A refund of the Done With Depersonalization Recovery program will not be granted due to a dissatisfaction or misunderstanding of the program that was bought. The Done With Depersonalization Recovery program is in no way represented to be a generalized anxiety recovery program and no refund will be granted for that misunderstanding since the program’s purpose (to help someone recover from DPDR disorder) is so clearly displayed in the title of the program, as well as exhaustively covered on the product sales page.
If at any point there are comments made that are aggressive in any way on the course forum, monthly live QA live session chat, or if these types of hostel comments are directly sent to the course creator or course moderators via any medium, we reserve the right to remove access to these features including the Done With Depersonalization Recovery program, without providing a refund. Please speak with respect towards the course creator, moderators, and other course members at all times and nobody will have to worry about being removed from the course. Only intentional hostility will lead to being removed from the course and the associated benefits. Thank you!

There has never been a single complaint as to the quality of coaching provided, but if there were such a complaint in the future it would be met with a commitment to grow as a coach, but not with a refund.
